1. Bylaw Approval- to be sent out to association prior to AGM. 

2. Handbook Review- current board members to do individual reviews of handbook and double check role descriptions are accurate to position 

3. Approval of RMAA spend for lawyer fees. CMHA owes $727.29 to RMAA exploratory  committee. 

4. AGM package review, nomination/agm forms to be sent by March 20th. Nominations in by April 3rd at 5:00pm. All Current board members that are staying on the board will need to fill out nomination form. 

5. Prepare AGM agenda and send out a few days prior to AGM.

• Matt L motions to approve proposed fees, Scyular seconds. Vote- all in favor, motioned carried.

1. Megan motions to purchase 6 replacement jerseys, white and black numbers 21/22/24, matt seconds. All in favor. Motion carried.

2. Jerseys/practices jerseys to be handed back in and to be washed before being returned. If not washed team will be fined

3. Meeting arena Wednesday March 27th  for jersey return and coach supplies return 

4. Award night to be moved to 5:30pm April 10th 2024
