Sponsorship Letters

 

Volunteer deposits ($300.00) will be refunded at the end of March if ALL required volunteer hours per family have been met.  There will be no credit for partial hours met.

This volunteer deposit is separate from any fundraising you may complete with your child’s hockey team. All funds raised for the CMHA will remain with the CMHA. All funds raised with your child’s hockey team will remain with that team for the 2021/2022 hockey season.
