Hockey is a fast paced sport played with a hard rubber puck and sticks. In order to keep every player safe, you must wear proper equipment while on the ice.
Not every player needs top of the line, expensive gear, when you are just starting out in hockey; your best bet is to purchase your equipment second hand.
